The injection-molded part cutting machine is designed for the precise cutting of mandrel components used in wearable devices. Manually loaded into the rotary index pockets, the injection-molded mandrels are accurately cut in pairs by Cutting Units #1 and #2. The runners are efficiently removed through an automatic discharge system, while the separated mandrels are sequentially loaded into finished product trays. This streamlined process enhances workflow and significantly improves productivity.
