The Primary Slitter is applicable to a wide range of base films such as CPP, OPP, BOPP, PET, and nylon films. It is a medium- to large-scale slitting system that typically handles web widths ranging from 2,100 mm to 4,000 mm, and can be customized up to a maximum width of 7,500 mm.
It supports slitting to a minimum width of 450 mm, and maintains high operational stability with minimal vibration even at high speeds of up to 1,000 m/min.
Depending on the thickness and material of the web, various knife systems can be applied, allowing for efficient removal of dust and particles generated during slitting.
