This equipment coats a solvent-free coating solution onto ITO film using either a slot die or comma coating head, then laminates the ITO film before curing. Both low-pressure and high-pressure curing are performed. To fully utilize the advantages of each coating head, two types of coating heads are applied. The heads are designed for easy setup and are suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production. The slot die coating head is ideal for small-batch, large-scale production. The slot die gap is automatically adjustable and can be precisely controlled in increments of 1/1,000mm, allowing for optimal coating conditions on the substrate.
